Complete Brand Rebuild

The Race Bum owner came to us after a particularly devastating damage of reputation in 2020. We were tasked with rebuilding the brand from the ground up, including a full site rebuild, which contained 12 micro brands. We kept the original brand in tact with slight visual modifications to indicate a new direction, and took the overall emphasis to a more neutral NATURAL side of the brand by focusing heavily on the outdoors & community. We implemented grassroots growth strategies to build back trust & respect. We developed brand partnerships to establish professionalism. We utilized graphic based marketing frequently and targeted social ads to increase brand awareness. Additionally, we implemented SEO strategies to get the site to rank higher in search engines than any damaging content. The process took well over a year of daily work to complete, but the results were very favorable with revenue returning to prior damage numbers, as well as a significant increase in social growth & engagement with customers.
